【摘要】:ThispartofIEC61097specifiestheminimumrequirementsforshipbornereceiversintendedtobeconnectedtoanexternalinstallation,includingadecoderfordigitalselectivecalling(DSC),andusedasreceiversforwatchkeepingonDSCchannelsonboardshipsoperatinginthemaritimemobileMF,MF/HFandVHFbandsallocatedintheRadioRegulationsoftheInternationalTelecommunicationUnion(ITU)tothemaritimemobileservice,bothinconnectionwithdistressandsafetycommunicationandinconnectionwithgeneralcommunication.TheserequirementsincludetherelevantprovisionsoftheRadioRegulationsandrecommenda-tionsITU-RM.489,andITU-RM.541,andrelevantprovisionsofresolutionsA.694,A.803,A.804andA.806oftheInternationalMaritimeOrganization(IMO).Thisstandardalsospecifiestechnicalcharacteristics,methodsoftestingandrequiredtestresultsfordedicatedwatchkeepingreceiversforusewithradioinstallationsintheGMDSSasrequiredbychapterIVoftheInternationalConventionforSafetyofLifeatSea(SOLAS)1974,asamended,andwithwhichIEC60945isassociated.WhenarequirementinthisstandarddiffersfromIEC60945,therequirementofthisstandardtakesprecedence.ThisstandardcoversreceiverswithanalogueorwithdigitalDSCsignaloutputinterfacesorwithboth.DSCwatchkeepingreceiverscanbeeitherfixedfrequencyreceiversor,inMF/HFbands,scanningreceivers.TheymaybeaseparateequipmentorbeintegratedwithaDSCorradiotelephoneequipment.ForintegratedequipmentthisstandardspecifiestherequirementsandmethodsoftestingoftheDSCwatchkeepingreceiversonly.TheDSCequipmentorradiotelephoneshallcomplywiththerequirementsoftherelevantstandard,forexample,IEC61097-3[3],IEC61097-7[4]andIEC61097-9[5]respectively.NOTE-AllrequirementsofthisstandardresultingfromtheabovereferencedIMOresolutionsorITUrecommendationsareidentifiedbyquotingthenumberoftheIMOresolutionorITUrecommendationandrelevantparagraphinbracketsfollowingtherequirement.note:*FiguresinsquarebracketsrefertothebibliographygiveninannexC.
