【摘要】:1.1Theserequirementsapplytomembraneswitchesactuatedbyhumanactivity,viaamembraneorsensingsubstrate,tooperateorcontrolappliancesandelectricalequipment.Themembraneswitchelectricalratingnottoexceed30Vrmsandpowernotgreaterthan100VA.1.2Whenthisoutlinereferences2switches2itshallmean2membraneswitches2unlessspecificallyindicated.1.3Membraneswitcheswhichincorporateadditionalcontrolfunctionsgovernedbytheswitchfunctionarewithinthescopeoftheserequirements.Additionalcontrolfunctionsshallbeevaluatedfortheirsuitabilityusingtheapplicablestandardsfortheapplication.1.4Thesemembraneswitchesareintendedtobeoperatedbyaperson,viaamembraneorbyactuatingasensingsubstrate.1.5Theserequirementscovertheindirectactuationoftheswitchwhentheoperationoftheactuatingmemberorsensingunitisprovidedbyaremotecontrolorapartofanapplianceorequipmentsuchasadoor.1.6Embeddedcomponentsareevaluatedwithregardstotheirsafetyandapplicationtothemembraneswitchconstruction.Theacceptabilityofanembeddedcomponentinthemembraneswitchshallbeconsideredwithregardstoconstructionandperformancerequirementsintheendproductfinalapplication.
